The GLI shipped with Greenstone2.80 does not run properly on Windows Vista if perl 
failed to read certain system settings. 
The attached //GLI-2.80.jar// file fixes this problem. It should be 
copied into the //gli// subdirectory of your Greenstone installation and 
renamed to //GLI.jar// (to replace the existing //GLI.jar//).
